Our proprietary Project app is a sophisticated project management tool. It supports every step of the 5-phase project management process to ensure that all tasks and objectives are completed as scheduled. It also provides a “one-stop shop” for Zendesk to access all levels of project information across your entire portfolio of projects, keeping your teams fully informed at all times, no matter where the project is located. This web-enabled system allows you real-time access to project information regardless of where you may be, and at any level you want transparency, in any region. We developed Project to be configurable to the specific requirements, reporting needs and data elements of Zendesk. Workflows and milestones are customized. This setup is part of the standard formal transition period during which we gather requirements and configure the application to support your needs. Project reporting will be organized the way you want to see your information, whether by geographic region, business unit, milestones or manager. Dashboard views will be customized to your specifications. JLL’s technology will aggregate your portfolio information but still allow you to drill down into the underlying data of a single project. Dashboard information can be filtered at will based on your chosen parameters. 8.3 Provide fee scale and hourly rates of individual project members. Project Management fees are based on the scope of services provided. Each project offers a unique set of challenges that will be evaluated during the proposal process.
