During the first phase of your project, our team will work with you to design a project charter that will be used not
as a measurement of services, but as a “guide” to successfully monitor and track the key goals and objectives
necessary to deliver a successful project. We will then create a customized field manual based on the goals
established in the project charter to bring clarity and continuity to all members of the project team.
This manual will capture your specific directions for things like approval workflows, forms, reporting and
processes. We have included screen shots of a representative financial analysis in the designated section in
Scout.
Our technology application for Project Management is described below in 8.2. Please refer to the organization
chart for an overview of team members. Biographies for each proposed team member who would support this
process have been uploaded in the designated section in Scout.
