Section 7
Financial
Analysis
7.1 Provide clear examples of financial
analysis, tools and methodologies that
will be used to support the account.
For typical lease / property acquisitions or dispositions, as well
as for project development opportunities, the account team will
engage transaction and project managers, supported by the team
analysts, to conduct the appropriate financial analysis. We have
the expertise and capabilities within the team “in house” to provide
detailed analysis as required and can do so quickly. For large or complex projects, we may engage our capital
market specialists to evaluate options on a basis closely aligned with the more specialized financing strategy needs
of your CFO or finance team. Projects that could involve an early renegotiation require a higher level of analytical
tools and sophistication to illustrate the opportunities and assist in developing effective strategies. We provide
this expertise through our in-house analytical tools, which provide sophisticated financial analysis to enhance
leverage in negotiations and build consensus during the decision-making process. The account team possesses
the transactional and analytical experience to look beyond the traditional lease comparison analysis to provide you
with all possible strategic opportunities, such as sale / leaseback, lease restructuring or lease versus own analysis.
Additionally, our analytical services range from Cash, Net Present Value, GAAP, or after-tax comparisons and is
customized to your decision-making preference.
