Section 6 Co-Working Lease Transaction Management Services 6.1 Describe your approach to providing transaction services globally. Many of our clients utilize co-working operators for small, new, satellite, temporary and international locations. We regularly assist with negotiations related to procuring co-working agreements on their behalf. 6.2 Describe your market research capabilities including markets covered, frequency of market updates, and options for custom reporting. Please refer to our uploaded research piece on flex space (co-working). 6.3 Provide clear examples of the types of processes, forms, tracking documents and close-out documents that are used to manage global transaction projects. We would integrate and include key metrics, dates, milestones for Co-working agreements with our activity tracker and other account management tools and regular meetings. We have uploaded examples in the designated section in Scout. 6.4 Describe which individual project members would support this process. Please provide their bio’s.
