As we mentioned in item 5.1, we will prepare a comprehensive transaction playbook customized and fine-tuned
to meet all your specific needs. This playbook will be utilized and adhered to by all JLL team members, as well as
third-party brokers. Examples of materials usually included in our playbooks are standardized documents such
as requirement statements, tour book templates, financial analysis templates, LOI and key standard lease terms.
