During the transition process, we will establish processes and protocols which are documented in a “playbook.” These processes, document standards and protocols are then used to customize our technology platform, which will thenguide consistent service delivery throughout our organization and provide you with standardized reporting. All JLL professionals are trained on JLL’s technology platform and its various modules, ensuring Zendesk that the quality of service is not diminished during the addition of necessary resources. Work across geographies is closely managed, informed and aligned by the Zendesk account team to ensure that the process and the end-result are compliant with all standards and expectations. Our core team and single point of contact remain engaged in assignments from beginning to end and retains total control throughout the project–assignments are not merely handed off. You will receive process-driven transaction management provided by our brokerage professionals that ensures consistent results. Our local market brokers provide information and apply tools and technology that enable our core account team to oversee all activities and ensure all negotiations are carried out to your satisfaction.
