Section 4 Strategic Planning Services 4.1 Describe your firm’s strategic planning capabilities and provide case studies that highlight these services. Your account team will perform a strategic portfolio management plan and opportunity assessments on your behalf to integrate our knowledge of your leased portfolio with strategic occupancy planning data (including future business directions, growth and planned corporate transactions) This will help us identify opportunities to drive costs out of the portfolio. In this process, we would review upcoming events on an 18-24-month horizon, including under-utilized space and known business trends. Based on this review and analysis, we present the highest-priority opportunities for action, based on potential cost saves and other factors. Automatic inclusion of this level of strategy in our account team activities is a distinguishing feature of our account teams and service models.
