and Bay Area headquarters leases and is an absolute guru of global portfolio work. He will act as the
Account Leader providing strategic oversight of the project. As a recent recipient of JLL’s Most Valuable
Player and Champion of Excellence awards for the entire brokerage operation in the Americas, no one is
more dialed in to JLL’s platform, expertise, or has more influence to bring the best to Zendesk.
Julia Wilhelm
“The Coach” has had a 16-year focus on representing San Francisco based companies in their San
Francisco headquarters and national and international portfolios and excels and driving progress while
remaining detail oriented and requiring excellence of all parties involved on behalf of her clients. As a
recovering straight A student, Julia will make sure everything is done and done exceptionally well.
Hugh Scott
“The SaaS Whisperer” has dedicated his career to understanding and executing on evolving needs of the
Bay Area’s most dynamic companies. For Zendesk he will be our secret weapon for San Francisco space
acquisition, particularly in “off market” opportunities. For potential expansions outside of San Francisco, he
can draw on a wealth of experience opening satellite locations and secondary hubs for many SF based
SaaS companies.
Tim Ogilvie
“Tactician Wonder from Down Under” is the master strategist. He is the Bay Area leader of our strategic
consulting practice and will ask all the right questions, analyze the data and fully quantify and qualify
all possible headquarters scenarios for the Zendesk executive team to make an informed decision on
direction.
Morgan Meade
“The Tech Expert” is our real estate and technology expert providing the tools and tech-connectivity to
Zendesk. She brings a wealth of experience in assisting clients to leverage tools such as PAT, BlackBird
and Utilization IQ.

While Julia Wilhelm will act as the day-to-day point of accountability for the broader JLL team ensuring successful
