B vacancy
has experienced a
comparably slower decline,
Class A properties are
experiencing strong growth
down 350 basis points
year-over-year to 13.8
percent.
Although rent
growth hasn’t
increased as sharply as
in other Florida suburban
markets, it has increased
steadily since its low
point in 2013
