SALES AND OFFICE
ADMINISTRATORS
We are looking for energetic, well spoken,
self-motivated Sales and Office Administrators with
excellent organizational skills who enjoys the challenge
of selling our top of the range Fine Diamond Jewellery
as well as being involved in the everyday running of this
busy office and part of our team.
This varied role involves dealing with customer orders,
giving helpful customer service, liaising with our factory,
stock control, dealing with shipments, organize and
attend trade exhibitions and giving back-up to our
Sales Agents.
DAYS: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

ABOUT THE ROLE S
Bulk purchase prices negotiable
Mainly in 18carat:
Clasps – Findings- Earrings – Pendants
Natural corals – Corals set in gold – Precious beads –
In silver – Clasps – Findings – Spacers
Semi-precious beads per strands
Beaded sets mounted with semi-precious beads
We are looking for three master craftsmen, who will be experienced in both
traditional and contemporary manufacturing
techniques working with precious metals and diamonds. In Gold filled and Rhodium – Clasps – Bangles – Chains
Necklaces – Pendants sets – Ladies & Gents Rings
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE In Gold plated – Bangles – Charms – Chains –
Necklaces and Pendants
Ideal candidates will have:
• The ability to communicate with visual or verbal flair
• High levels of craftsmanship
• To maintain precise standards with speed and accuracy.
• Experience to marry the customers’ requirements with an
astute and commercially viable technical resolution
• Other skills include casting, cleaning and polishing, soldering,
ring sizing, re-tipping/ re-building claws, assembling and engraving.
• We will provide opportunities for cross training and learning as well as
teaching peers and juniors
HOURS RENUMERATION TO APPLY
Full time, the roles
