Video Journalists

Being a JEMUN Video Journalist is a popular and rewarding role. All of the video broadcasts created by the teams are published on the JEMUN Journalism page as well as the JEMUN Facebook and Twitter pages for people to enjoy. Videos will also be linked to the JEMUN Magazine.

Newspaper Journalists

Getting the latest and greatest news from all of the venues out to the public as close to live as possible proves to be an extremely challenging, but growth-enhancing experience. The news articles are published on the JEMUN’s variety of social network portals as well as presented as an overview in the JEMUN magazine.

Podcast Journalists

Podcast journalists are fully engaged in the JEMUN conference through their intensive interviewing of key persons at the conference. They share the very important messages with everyone through podcast broadcasting which can be enjoyed by accessing the JEMUN website, facebook page, twitter and more.

JEMUN Journalism is an innovative multicultural, multi-format digital journalism simulation for both university and high school students.

Multicultural journalist pairs, each comprised of one Japanese student and one international student, are assigned to cover one of the JEMUN meeting rooms. Each pair collaborates, explores, engages and finally creates digital media broadcasts in one of the eight JEMUN digital journalism roles. All of the communication between each multicultural journalist pair is in English and the news they produce are also in English.
