I also enjoyed listening to the classical
music concerts in the programme
of Música a l’Estiu. And of course I
thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful
programme which delighted everyone
at this year’s Xàbia International Jazz
Festival.
In addition to all these matters I
would like to tell you that my party,
the PSOE, has chosen their new
national leader through an open
electoral system, a new departure for
Spain, the successful candidate was
Pedro Sanchez, a young economist
of 40 years of age who now has the
responsibility of leading our party for
the next 4 years. I wish him much
luck; our country needs a renewed
leadership.
I hope you enjoy the rest of
summer, and for those who live here
permanently we are so fortunate to
be able to enjoy this paradise called
Xàbia throughout the year. So I hope
that you have all had a fantastic
August surrounded by your family
and friends.
