Cabo de la Nao (between the German clinic & Saladar Supermarket).  A young British couple (Simon & Danielle) have taken over El Rancho and, with their French chef, have reestablished this landmark restaurant on the gastro-circuit of Jávea.  Well appointed and in delightful surroundings – especially the beautiful terrace/gardens.  Sunday lunch recommended.
