ARX ​​President Jose Manuel Pina, today introduced the Plat Xàbia Mariner as the contribution of the seasonal tourist hospitality.  In fact, this event has been coordinated with the dates of Tourism Department, which has also set a route on the history of the local cuisine and the ultimate getaway weekend. The incorporation of new restaurants is included in this fourth edition of the day of tapas, such as the restaurant or Air Cande, both of Javea, or Tapes i Vins La Xara and Arrels Gastronòmic Raco de Gata de Gorgos.  They will also continue with its local stands and veterans EsTapaTí, the Mezquida, Parador, El Rodat, La Cantina or ARX own. All tastings are dishes sailors, like rice, marinated, croquettes, salads, stews or gazpacho, among others. There will also be a booth with soft drinks and other sweet wines and by the Café Wien. Following the pattern of previous years, the auction will open at 12 am and 13 will be a demonstration of the fish auction voice by sailors, who also show their boats to those who want to learn about the world of sea.  Other activities specially designed for children will be workshops and outlets Bilogía marine plankton collecting catamarans.  Among all participating children four tickets to the Grand Fele Circus will be drawn. The ARX ​​president recalled that in this culinary event will be held the fourth edition of the contest Cruet de Peix of Javea and added that the schedule of tastings will be 12 to 16 hours and from 18’30 to 23 hours and may also enjoy being on the market in the afternoon with a drink and listening to music.
