hand in hand in the fourth
edition of the Xàbia Plat
Mariner
A dozen restaurants will offer their caps in the
market and there will be activities to publicise the
sea and fishing
The asociación de Restauradores de Xàbia (ARX) in collaboration
with the Cofradía de Pesca and the newspaper Las Provincias
provides a year Xàbia gastronomic days to Plat Mariner. This
event connects the promotion of local cuisine and fish product
is developed in two phases;a first dedicated to tapas and will be
this Saturday, November 21 inside the fish market and a second
as a gastronomic tour of the participating restaurants, which until
December 1 offer special menus with seafood as protagonists.
