IBERIA GASTRO BAR, C/ de San Buenaventura
9 (off town hall square, Jávea). Tapas of a
very high quality indeed (is a Michelin star on
the way here ?) (this chef did a stretch at the
London Savoy). Portions designed for two so
choice of 3 tapii makes a meal ! Many delicious
surprises. Good reports continue to be received
and they are now listed in the Repsol Guide.
Cost 20-30€ per person (or Tasting menu
at €35 - Bread & Snacks, 5 Dishes, Dessert,
Coffee + petit Fours). English spoken. Muzak
