Dear Friends,
Sometimes it is necessary to choose between opting for
the simple decision, and making the right decision. The
renovation of the Central Cinema and its conversion into a
building that could host plays, music performances, dance
shows, presentations, etc. was a project that we were greatly
looking forward to. However the reality of the reports of
the experts and architects indicated to us that it would be
impossible, as the building so cherished by us did not meet
the minimum of requirements.
