Thanks to local fundraising, last
week Elsie and David spent quite
a bit more than their March total.
They spent €427 on everything
from 15 kilos of potatoes to fresh
greens, vegetables and fruit.
For once the shopping didn’t
include any eggs!
That was because EIGHT DOZEN
EGGS had very kindly been
donated by David and Karen from
Novelda who “grow their own”
chickens! Than you to you both for
your kindness.
Please remember that all the
money raised is spent on the
children (other than the very
nominal sum spent on running the
Association).
May 10th – 11am to 4pm – Siesta
Group in Gata are holding an ASK
THE EXPERTS event. Please
come along and have your questions about FCEmaus answered.
May 15th – 7pm - Ladies Night
at Ascot - the Calpe Tennis Club.

June 27th – Amadeus will once
again be back at Finca Jacaranda
with their Musicals of Tonight for
one of the Friends of the Children
of Emaús TENTH ANNIVERSARY
parties.
September 12th – 3pm to 8pm New date and time for the Annual Summer BBQ – an Open Day
at the Children’s House in Relleu.

so please come along and enjoy
an afternoon of good food, good
wine and good friends.
