Welcome to the new format for Jávea’s longest running English
Magazine. We have come a long way in the 25 plus years since the
magazine was first started as a parish newsletter. Just prior to their
retirement, having owned the Grapevine since 2007, Derek and Sue
le Breton put the magazine wholly online two years ago. It was a
brave and bold step.
I have really enjoyed managing and editing the magazine online,
since I took it over in May 2013. The heady freedom to develop the
magazine as an online, photo and video rich “Glossy” magazine has
been very exciting. I am even more excited now, to see part of it back
in print.
