Lambert made many watercolors and
engravings of the urban center and
rural environment around Jávea. The
artist always felt very linked to Jávea,
both artistically and emotionally.
André Lambert died in Paris on
November 24, 1967, his remains
being cremated and moved to Jávea,
where they were buried under the
pines, in the “Cala Blanca”.
