Consistently excellent reports throughout the summer but comments say this is an expensive place ( revealed , perhaps , by the excellent refurbishment ). Restaurante CHALET-SUIZO : Jesús Pobre road nr . Almendros . Swiss restaurant offering wonderful meat and fondues . Our visits have been marvellous , up there with the best of Jávea ’ s eating establishments . The garden is beautiful ( no-muzak ), the service excellent and the food delicious .
