snack/coffee bars in the port area
and nominate : Restaurante CA
TOMACA : Andrés Lambert 1,
Jávea puerto - as the best of them
for bacon & eggs (with excellent
chips) for a snack after the movies

up from the Jávea cinema on left
opp. the “rough” car park. Looks
very promising.

(Jávea, Arenal beach front) :
Regarded as the best of the French
styled/owned restaurants on
the Arenal beach front (Los Remos
de la Nao & La Perla are two
others). Fine tapas, superb steaks.
Menu del dia €16.95. Consistently
excellent reports throughout the
summer but comments say this
is an expensive place (revealed,
perhaps,
by
the
excellent
refurbishment). Parador end of
Arenal promenade. 96 579.1600
/ open daily / Muzak tolerable.
