the Benitachell/Golf Club road,
BonAmb offers a sophisticated
and
comfortable
interior
and beautifully laid out gardens
and terraces and, it must be said,
the finest cuisine in Jávea. Opened
in July 2011 it has since been
rewarded with TWO Michelin
stars and, in November 2014, 2
“suns” of the Spanish counterpart
- the Guía Repsol.
This establishment has put
Jávea firmly “on the gastro-map”
completing the triangle of world-
class restaurants formed by Quique
Dacosta (Denia) and Casa Pepa
(Ondara). Reports, especially
from serious gastronauts, are
consistently full of praise. Their
wine cellar has over 400 entries
from all over Spain, including
the most prestigious ones. Let
the sommelier advise you which
wine is best to accompany your
meal selection. Booking strongly
