Fake Sneakers
Seized
on the Arenal
Local Police requisition fake
sneakers and handbags being sold
on the Promenade on the Arenal.
In mid-August, the Local Police
of Xàbia has seized this week
several batches of sneakers and
bags that sold some keep them on
the Paseo del Arenal.
In total, more than 40 pairs
of sneakers and 23 bags were
requisitioned, in all cases big
brand fakes. Likewise, the two
street vendors have been detained.
It is a practice that is specifically
prohibited in Xàbia.
