shopping area. We have been
impressed with the quality of the
savouries and and sweetmeats
here that recently we awarded
them the Restaurant of the
Month. Cocas and almond
tarts are outstanding as well
as delicious French apple tarts
all made with great care and
pride on the premises: Tables

hotmail.com We frequently
request their almond tarts -
but to no avail! Please keep
asking... Recent visits have shown that
their standards are regularly
good again.... a visitor reported
a superb Osso Bucco ....(a new
chef, perhaps ?). Recently we
enjoyed an excellent paella. The
mass of cars parked outside tells
us something (this is a “brickie”
bar, but a good one !). Awful TV
noise - best sit outside. Comments
welcome, please.
LAS OLAS HAS
RETURNED TO BEING
VERY GOOD
Bar/Restaurante
LAS
OLAS : on the Cabo de la
Nao road, on the right, half
way between CAIXA BANK
(formerly Barclays) & the
Ferreteria PLA48). Being largely ignorant of Indian
cuisine we have wondered why
these next three restaurants are
talked about over and above all
other (Indian? style) restaurants
and two are listed at Trip Advisor
higher than the other Indian
restaurants. We can only assume it
must be the Nepalese influence and
the reputation of Northern Indian
cuisine ! Go and try them.
