restaurant Bon Amb, Sr Alberto
Ferruz, presented the 5th edition
of “Xàbia al Plat Mariner “. It will
be celebrated from November 24
to December 3 and it will involve
a total of 12 restaurants that will
offer their menus from 25 to 45
euros.
The objective of this gastronomic
edition is to raise the product of
Xàbia with recipes of always and
the most innovative techniques.
The restaurants that will participate in this fifth edition are:

La Cantina,
Embruix,
La Esquina,
La Mezquida,
Nau Nau,
Nox,
Parador de Xàbia,
La Perla de Jávea,
Los Remos
La Nao and
La Renda
