If successful at this stage, you then
need to provide the following
information for your prospective
employer.

A completed application form

A health declaration
• 2 references from previous
employers including full address,
contact telephone number and
email address (must not be a
friend or family member).
• Copy of your local police check
certificate.
• Proof of your address which is
less than 3 months old, such as a
utility bill or bank statement

Copy of your driver’s licence.
•
Copy of your passport.
Stage 4
If you are successful:
• When you arrive in the UK
your accommodation will be organised.
• You will then need to apply
for a UK Bank Account and a UK
National Insurance Number.
