Work has been completed on the renovation of the iconic blue dome of
the chapel of Calvario, the building
which has housed the town’s treasured image of Jesús Nazareno since
its construction in the mid-19th century. The project, carried out on behalf
of the Ayuntamiento de Xàbia, aims
to help solve the problem of damp in
the property and has revitalised the
characteristic blue-tiled dome. It has

Benitatxell and Teulada to buy a
total of 2000 m3 of water per day
from Xàbia
An agreement has been signed for
Xàbia to sell water to Teulada-Moraira and Benitatxell during the summer months. 2,000 cubic metres per
day will be transferred by AMJASA
to the Teulada-Benitatxell consortium which will pay a price of 0.93
