The City Council of Javea has unlocked industrial land at Catarrojes
annexed to Gata road. From the Dept
of Urbanisations, directed by Paco
Torres, they have begun meetings
with owners of both the Catarrojes I
and Catarrojes II sectors (of 26,625
square meters and 80,466 square
meters respectively) to inform them
of the efforts being made by the local
administration to develop and regulate this land and their obligations as
owners. As explained by the councilman, in the sectors formed by Catarrojes I (12 plots) and Catarrojes II (20
plots), the provisional price of urbanization amounts to about 6,500,000
euros between the two areas. This initial estimate could drop. Regarding
Catarrojes II, the mayor points out
that it is in the registration phase by
the council, a process that requires
the City Council to wait for bidding
out the entire polygon, a unique construction on which the project depends. Of course, the implementation will be raised in two phases. It is
expected to make the competition in
late 2016 early 2017.
