We celebrate that these superb teas
have become such a popular and
well established feature of Jávea life
THAT THEY HAPPEN EVERY
THURSDAY ….. and if you haven’t
yet been – don’t hesitate ! The hotel
offers perfectly made tea (incl. Earl
Grey) as well as cucumber sandwiches,
delicious scones (with clotted cream
and red jam) and carrot & walnut
cake and a glass of cava to finish.
A delight. Yes, readers .... this is a
triumph and all for €11. Because
the teas have been so successful it
remains essential to book [96 579

Recently
we
have
received
recommendations from readers which
are enthusiatic and have every air of
being very reliable! As we cannot
always get away to visit places at
short notice here are some from the
last month which we feel sure will be
included in future up-dates :JALÓN : BISTRO SELENE :
on CV750 at Km.6.2 / 03727 Jalón
(we believe this is on the road that
approaches Jalón from the southern
junction of N332; there are two seals
outside). Firstly there's a Belgian
chef (and that kind of "seals" it (if
you'll excuse the pun ?). The reports
have been excellent and prices
reasonable - in view of the quality
offered. Menu-del-dia €15. No
