Lighten Up!
Definitely put up the lights! Put them
outside and put them inside, but when
putting them up, stick with either
white lights or colored lights... except
on the tree.
This is my one exception where I feel
it's okay to add both if you want. In
our house, we put both white and
color strands on the tree and white
lights everywhere else.

Group Together
Find like items and group them
together in beautiful vignettes.
Creating simple groupings around the
house will make more of an impact
and not overwhelm the space
A collection of antique wooden
spools is grouped together on the
mantle to create a warm display.
