James 2:23 And the scripture was
fulfilled which says, “Abraham
believed God, and it was accounted
to him for righteousness. And he was
called a friend of God.
Isaiah 41: But you, Israel, my servant,
Jacob, whom I have chosen, you
descendants of Abraham my friend. “
Psalm 47:6 Sing praises to God, sing
praises; sing praises to our King, sing
praises.”
Prayer: Lord God, it is a most high
honor to be called "a friend of God".
Help us to give you, freely, our
praises and worship. Help us to
remember to enter your gates with
thanksgiving and into your courts
with praise. You alone are worthy of
our praises and adoration. AMEN .
