INGREDIENTS
Few cups of rice- half cooked
Cleaned and cooked prawns- handful- optional (if your child is allergic to
prawns, use cooked or roast chicken cut in small pieces)
½ Red bell pepper- chopped into small pieces
½ Green bell pepper- chopped into small pieces
½ small red onion- chopped into tiny pieces (alternatively, blend)
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Chicken stock
Herbs, Spice & Seasoning (HSS): chives (optional), grated ginger (small
amount), curry powder (1 teaspoon), dash of black pepper, fresh rosemary
(small quantity), dash of thyme, Knorr cube (1/2 of one cube), salt to taste
METHOD
Wash rice and parboil, drizzling a bit of olive oil and pinch of salt. Put to one
side.
