Designed with Beginners in mind!

Here is your chance to become a Yogi (or brush up on your skills). Learn basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness concepts in the company of other new students.

A consistent yoga practice has been found to:

Join us in the Namaste Studio for five Tuesdays, January 15th through February 12th from 8:00-9:00pm. You'll learn how to build your yoga practice from the ground up.

Our knowledgeable yoga teacher, Veronica Carpenter, will help keep your body safe and your mind focused during practice. Build concentration and confidence so you can feel comfortable walking into your next yoga class!

Don't have a mat? No problem! We have all the props you need.

Registration options look like this:

$25 for Members (Only $5 per session!)

$45 for Non-Members - includes FIVE Class Pass to use for ANY class in the Namaste Studio!
