I am enough.
I deserve to be treated incredibly,
and to be deeply loved.
There is a strong foundation that we get with security.
when I didnt get it, I made it up.
There was no advice or books I was shown.
It was my instinct that saved me.
I called it my #OWN.
My OWN life.
My OWN journey.
My own karma.
My own healing.
I gave it my 111%
every step of the way
even when the beloved inside was way past weary.
I looked deeper.
Felt more.
Even opened up the gates to the oneness in store for me.
I am one with my memories.
I am thankful for the class;
That has taught me about humaneness
and of my higher consciousness.
Now I can unconditionally love the
pain and the past;
For it made me who I am. (#Sankofa)
Or maybe who I am
picked this extremely difficult journey
and healed some of the collective pain?
At least thats what I tell myself
on those days that I need a reminder
that I am enough, exactly as I AM.
To keep a balance these days.
And when I can not do for myself,
I do for others instead.
But at least I’m not shooting up,
or putting anyone down, or dead.
My life work is to empower.
So I have to always take the test.
I feel blessed that the universe believed in me,
and that I was able to handle it all.
It wasnt always like this you see.
We didnt always pain each other,
block, degrade, and hussle one another.
I'm living out my destiny, and im hear to see it all:
the truth about all the heartbreak we withstand every day;
you, me and what we said.
The truth is -
only the truth will set you free.
So if i dont want to be stuck right here,
we know what the next step is…
I really do want it all!
The good, the bad & the heartbroken world.
I know its so sad, but I know WE CAN do it together.
I have to believe we will.
Heal ourselves and our neighbors and live as ONE and as
Thy Will Be Done.
So I'm going to take what I need..
Love
Laughter
Forgiveness
Peace
Motivation
SAFETY
and FAMILY
igive it all back to everyone I meet.
