1. Tell us a little about JanFam: The Movement e.g. what is it, where did the name come from, where did the idea for the movement come from?

JanFam: The Movement (JFTM) is a dance event/convention. The name JanFam: The Movement is derived from Janet's fan base, her fans and highlighting her legacy focusing on DANCE. Junior Hubbard is the founder and creative director for JFTM. Growing up Junior like many of us was fascinated and mesmerized by Janet Jackson and her music and dance steps. While growing up in Florida, Junior wanted to learn the choreography and move like Janet and her dancers, but didn't have the exposure to dance studios like LA or NYC. For years, watching the videos over and over, wanting to dance and be apart of the "rhythm nation". Fast forward to a few years ago, Junior had an idea and dream to create a dance experience that is inspired from Janet's music and her ICONIC choreography. Junior reached out to Mike Andrews on social media and a few days later they connected and became friends. Mike couldn't believe that this hadn't been thought of before and was on board and excited to help Junior bring his dream to life! JFTM was born!
