5. The campaign has received wide publicity, how do you feel this will help Janet’s chances of getting inducted?
Janet’s career truly speaks for itself. And ultimately, she’s completely responsible for her nominations. I would like to think that we’ve helped the cause, though. And again, helped to keep her name at the top of the Nomination Committee’s shortlist of worthy artists, especially during times when Janet’s been away from the spotlight. Several of our recent #InductJanet Twitter takeovers were really, really successful. It gets the fans excited and fired up and it certainly makes a resounding statement.
And the most recent ‘100 Fans – 100 Reason - #InductJanet’ video that we did earlier in the summer was pretty amazing to take part in. It was something fresh and new and definitely grabbed some attention. (HUGE shout out to Lamont Hicks and Jordan Listenbee from Janet Euphoria and all of the fans that volunteered to record) .

6. The nominations were announced on 18th October, when will the inductees be announced?
The final inductees are typically announced the second week of December. This year, the official online Fan Poll remains open until 5th of December. https://vote.rockhall.com - get those daily votes in!!
The 2017 induction ceremony is scheduled for early April in New York City and will be broadcast again by HBO in May 2017.

8. What does it mean to you personally for Janet to be inducted?
I feel really good about Janet’s chances this year. It’s a large ballot (19 artists nominated!) and it’s definitely going to be a battle – but, Janet is so very deserving of this honor. The #InductJanet campaign has come such a long way and evolved into something much bigger than I could have ever imagined. In all honesty, it’s a lot of work. But, it’s a labour of love.
