Youth Yoga A youthful approach to traditional yoga practice that facilitates the development of proper body alignment , better balance , improved flexibility and deeper body awareness . Yoga poses will include downward dog , crow , pigeon , warrior and many more fun postures to expand the imagination . Fridays , 4:30-5:15 pm Mind / Body Studio
Youth Tri Team Youth Tri Team helps develop their swimming , biking and running skills . Kids learn how to build confidence , understand basic USAT rule , nutrition and strength training while learning safe and fun habits . Youth Fitness Center Orientation Youth Orientation sessions will be a 30-minute overview regarding the proper use and operation of our equipment focusing on safety along with proper etiquette prescribed for fitness centers . Parents are asked to register their children with the Spor ts and Wellness desk the day of the orientation .
