Yourehan Kim—who goes by the nickname of Yuri—enjoys solving
problems and helping make people’s lives better. That’s why he pursued
a career in tech support. But why do it in the dental industry?
“My father owned a dental laboratory, and I grew up working there,”
shared Yuri. “So it was a natural fit for me to combine my experience
with my passion for technology and my desire to help improve how
dentists care for their patients. People won't care how much you know

Originally from Portland, OR, Yuri moved to Massachusetts in 2000,
where he studied biology at UMass Amherst. From there, he
joined CAP. Over the course of several years, Yuri worked in multiple
departments, honing his skills in scanning, design, and milling. As his
experience grew, he shifted into a role with the technical support team,
where his affinity for both tech and people eventually led him to the
position of Associate Manager. Now Yuri gets to ensure that
CAP’s customers are set up for success with our digital equipment/
software solutions.
