Who's face is the easiest to do.

I would say the men. It takes no time to get them camera ready. A quick shave, skin care, foundation, concealer, setting powder, lip balm and they are ready for action.

Since the beginning you have been working with them and have seen the changes in their face , Was it easy to pick the right colors for their faces.

Yes, it has been extremely easy to pick the right colors for the PLL's. They are all such beauties. It's like I never stopped playing with my dolls.. I have fun everyday.

In PLL's the girls makeup is sometimes natural & bold but very balanced & not too much that it make them look over, how you do that?

I read the script, keep notes on what is happening during every scene on something called One Liners. It is a schedule of scenes that will be shot during the day . For instance, if it is a morning scene, and they are just waking up, their makeups should match accordingly. A No Makeup Makeup Look note will be on my one liner. If the next scene they are in school, we can go bold have fun, and on my notes on my One Liners, I will have a School Look note. So during the set up time, we will get the cast ready for the next scene at the makeup stations on set. I also have meetings with producers, writers and directors to discuss what they want, for every scene. Not a lot of shows do this, but I find it helpful. Its their vision, their show, and they should be able to feel confident that everyones makeup will look great and appropriate.

As you can see that their are so many makeup tutorials and when they show how to do a celebrity makeup, it seems quite hard and putting layers on layers. is it the same with PLL's girls ?

It all depends on the skin that they have, what is actually needed to cover any imperfections, and how the show is being shot. We film PLL in HD, so the trick is to not to be able to see the makeup. With HD, that is hard to do, since you can see even the veins in someones eye. So, applying layers on layers, would just appear caky on TV. In addition, in the 17 years experience I have as a makeup artist, actors hate layers on top of layers, because you can feel the makeup, it can clog their pores making them breakout, and after the day in all that makeup, with the amount of times they have to be powdered to cut down the shine, lines that they don't normally have, will appear aging them a bit.

For PLL's girls which product completes the whole makeup look?

I would say that False Eyelashes complete the whole makeup look. Lashes were invented by a director. His name was D.W. Griffith. He wanted his actresses eyes to stand out and to brush on her face whenever she blinked. Seena Owen, wore the first false lashes, created by a wig maker, for the epic movie Intolerance.

Which is your favorite feature on the faces of PLL's girls?

My favorite feature on the faces of the PLL's girls are their eyes. Eyes are a mirror to your soul.

Nowadays contouring has became very important in every makeup and popular plus it also brings that unnatural look. do you do the same for PLL's girls and personally what do you think is contouring should be used in every makeup?

Oh yes contouring is part of our daily routine. Contouring is a great way to minimize features by darkening the area. You can contour a jawline, to make it appear more chiseled, or a crooked nose to make it appear straight. You can change the shape of your face with contouring. Just be sure Not to use shimmers when contouring your face.

Every girl wishes to be a celebrity makeup artist like you, what are those few important tips would you like to give for new comers?

My tip to new comers is to never stop learning your craft, keep up with the times and don't let ego get in the way of your career!

What beauty tips you follow and would like to share it with our JAMO readers?

Some of my beauty tips that I follow and would like to share with your JAMO readers is to take care of your skin inside out. If you have problems with acne, there might be a chance their is something going on with your diet, try analyzing what the problem is before popping a pill for a cure. Maybe your not drinking enough water, your allergic to some of the ingredients in the makeup, or maybe you just need a good skincare cleanser. I have been using the Coral Actives face wash, with my Clarisonic, and its diminished my pores, giving me clear skin. It's part of my routine. Just remember what you put in your body is as important as what you put on it!
