Police solves 2 blind murder cases JAMMU, Jan 12: Jammu Police Sunday claimed to have solved two separate blind murder cases occurred earlier this month in Akhnoor and Gangyal area in Jammu district. In the first case, which occurred on January 5, 2014, a young woman, namely, Praveena Bibi wife of Salim Mohammed resident of Kandi, Akhnoor was murdered near her parental home at Kotli Tanda, Akhnoor. The young woman had been staying at her parental home for the past one and half years. Her body was recovered from the bushes near her parental home.
