HONOR ROWS
HUNDREDS OF YOUTH ARE WORKING
HARD TO EARN THEIR SEAT IN THE
HONOR ROWS®!
Alert Today Alive Tomorrow is proud to
present the Jaguars Foundation’s Honor
Rows. Beginning with the season opener and
continuing at day-time games through the
end of the season, more than 5,000 youth
will be celebrating their accomplishments at
EverBank Field because they will have earned
their seat to the Jaguars Foundation’s Honor
Rows section. These youth have set and
achieved goals for personal and academic
achievement, physical fitness and volunteer
service. The youth also have pledged to not
use tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs. These
youth know that safety doesn’t happen
by accident. More than 5,000 youth and
chaperones will sit in the Honor Rows this
season. Game-day volunteers are provided
by the United Way of Northeast Florida.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
NEW ENTRY PROCEDURES
Starting this season, fans arriving at
EverBank Field on game day will be screened
by walk-through magnetometers at all entry
gates. Your safety is a priority to the Jaguars
and EverBank Field. To help expedite your
entry into the stadium, please keep small
items such as keys and coins in your pocket
and be prepared to put larger items such as
cell phones, camera and binoculars in the
bins.

JAGUARS BAG POLICY
LEAVE YOUR BAG AT HOME! To provide a safer
environment for the public and significantly
expedite fan entry into EverBank Field,
NFL policy limits the size and type of bags
that may be brought into the stadium. The
Jaguars strongly encourage fans to not bring
any type of bags. Fans are allowed to carry a
clear bag up to 12”x6”x12” or a small hand
clutch approximately the size of an adult’s
hand.
Any medically necessary items must be preapproved by the Jaguars. Please call (904)
633-2000 (option 1) or myExperience@
jaguars.com to be considered for approval.
All items will be subject to proper inspection
at entry gate.
Fans can also pick up a bag outside the
stadium gates on game days with a $5
donation. Bags will also be available at the
Jagwear stores.

services team is here to help.
To ask a question or seek assistance with a
problem or issue:
• Locate your nearest usher, security guard,
police officer or guest services team
member.
• Visit any of the guest services booths
located on the main concourse outside
sections 223, 244 and 202; in the upper
concourses outside sections 410 and 436;
and in the US Assure Clubs on the ground
level and immediately outside of the
elevator on the lower and upper levels.
• Text “ASSIST” followed by the location
and a brief description of the issue to
58154. Texting is also available in the
parking lots beginning two hours prior to
kickoff and one hour post-game.
