Need assistance on game day? The guest services
team is here to help.
To ask a question or seek assistance with a
problem or issue:
• Locate your nearest usher, security guard,
police officer or guest services team member.
• Visit any of the guest services booths located
on the main concourse outside sections 123,
144 and 102; in the upper concourses outside
sections 410 and 436; and in the US Assure
Clubs on the ground level and immediately
outside of the elevator on the lower and upper
levels.
• Text “ASSIST” followed by the location and a
brief description of the issue to 58154. Texting
is also available in the parking lots beginning
two hours prior to kickoff and one hour postgame.

experience?
If you have a question or concern and would like
to provide feedback following the game, you may
do so in any of the following three ways:
• Pick up a guest comment card from any guest
services booth and mail it to Jacksonville

• Call the Jaguars ticket office at (904) 633-2000
(option ‘1’) Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m.

If you plan on purchasing an alcoholic beverage
at the game, please make sure you have your proof
of age identification with you. In accordance
with the NFL’s Best Practices for Fan Conduct,
age identification must be presented by everyone
purchasing an alcoholic beverage.

Designated drivers are the ones who get fans
home from the game safe and sound. That’s
why the Jaguars and Mothers Against Drunk
Driving (MADD) urge everyone to plan ahead by
designating a non-drinking driver. Then you –
and everybody with you – can relax and enjoy
the game.
Make the pledge at the Good Sport Designated
Driver booth located inside the stadium on the
main concourse near section 123. All designated
drivers who sign up will be entered into a drawing
to win a Bud Light Good Sport prize package
