The Jaguars are large advocates of youth fitness and promote healthy living through their NFL Play 60, Fuel Up to Play 60 and Hometown Huddle programs. These are national youth health and fitness campaigns focused on increasing the wellness of young fans by encouraging them to be active for a minimum of 60 minutes per day. I personally stay active through cheerleading. THE ROAR practice two to three times a week and cheer on game days. I also attend dance classes a couple times a week to continue working on my technique. Being a member of THE ROAR of the Jaguars also requires us to be ambassadors for the team and gives us a platform to serve and inspire our youth and community. I especially enjoy working with young girls to help them to find their passion so they too can grow into confident and passionate young women. I am grateful to those who pushed me and helped me to identify my goals and my passions. As I continue to dedicate myself to my career, my next step is to pursue my Orthopedic Certified Specialist certification specializing in Orthopedics.
