J Care enjoyed spending time with players from the Tucson Roadrunners at the end of 2018. The day started with a
Q&A. Questions ranged from, “Are your teeth real?” to “Who is the best player on the team?” Players, Jordan Gross
and Jens Looke got some good laughs before moving on to more physical activities.
Since the children weren’t on ice, Tucson J staff got creative to bring the game of hockey to The J! Groups enjoyed a
few different games and got some quality time with Jordan and Jens.
No one wanted the players to leave, but after hugs, a chant, and a group photo, the kids said goodbye and good luck.
