1ST ANNUAL
PURIM
COSTUME
RUN

The 1st Annual Purim Costume Run brought out people of
all ages in creative costumes to run and walk in our 10K,
5K and 1K events! Close to 100 participants enjoyed
the beautiful morning along the Rillito River Path!
Awards were given not only for placement in the
5K and 10K, but also for the best costumes. This
event is very family-friendly, offering the longer
run events earlier and the 1K family event later to
allow a parent to run, then walk/run with their
kids later. Everyone enjoyed the story of Purim
and got to sample the traditional Hamentaschen
cookie and take a grogger home.
