The most key factors we wanted to showcase
to our family and friends is to experience great
food, great entertainment and a whole lot of
love and laughter. When it came to plan our
wedding, I was very excited to be involved in the
overall process, especially the decor. Rob had the
enormous responsibility of preparing the entire
property for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour
and reception areas.
The biggest stress of the wedding day was the
weather. There was a sprinkle of rain early in the
morning but my bridesmaids ensured me not to
worry. They were right, it turned out to be a perfect
day for a wedding.
One of my favorite memories of the day was
when my sister (MOH) and Rob’s brother (Best Man)
surprised us with a joint speech, accompanied with
a projection screen of photos from our moms’ old
photo albums. They managed to make everyone
laugh and cry with their hilarious and sentimental
speech. Ultimately, my favorite memory of the
day was walking down the aisle with my dad and
seeing Rob waiting for me with happy tears in his
eyes and a big smile on his face. At that moment, I
felt unconditional love and happiness! •
