Tina also is a " Sugar Angel " with the charity called Icing Smiles Canada , a nonprofit organization of cake artists who create and donate celebration cakes to families impacted by the critical illness of a child to provide a temporary escape from worry which creates a positive memory during a difficult time .
Tina ' s creations are nothing short of breathtaking . Every curve , line , colour and detail is meticulously hand crafted to best suit the design . The time spent on not only building the cake itself but the client communication and design interaction are bar none .
