Your first contact with planner will be via phone or email . Although you ’ ve probably read in detail all of the planner ’ s services on their website , it ’ s important to ask them straight out . The answer should be easily heard for the passion , enthusiasm and excitement they have for their job and to work for you , not sound ‘ canned ’.
Next Steps :
If you get a sense of great connection with the planner you ’ ve interviewed , the next step is to complete a contract with your planner that outlines responsibilities and expectations . The meetings you have to follow should include budget review , vendor referrals , vendor contract reviews and wedding day timeline creation to name a few .
