The holiday season is a joyous time for many people, but it
is also a period of packed schedules and high stress. With
all the added demands on our time, it is easy to let our
fitness routine get pushed to the backburner.
Exercise is one of the best stress relievers there is. By
adding even a few moments of exercise into our day, we
can help balance our hormones, and promote a calmer,
less stressed lifestyle for ourselves and our families.
Incorporate these simple tips into your day to lower your
stress levels, and improve your health this holiday season.
Start your day with 5-10 minutes of exercise. We are all
busy, and the thought of getting up even earlier in order to
fit exercise into our day may not be appealing. However,
